All signs modified, erected, or constructed within the City Limits of Statesboro require a permit and must be inspected for compliance within the City's Sign Ordinance. Sign permits are issued through the Engineering Department located on the 3 rd floor of City Hall.

This application, and all other required information, may be forwarded to the above contact for review. Upon approval or denial of an application, the applicant will be notified by telephone or email (please specify your choice of correspondence). Upon approval, the applicant may pay all fees in person or by mailing a check payable to the City of Statesboro and to the attention of the Engineering Department. Once payment is received the permit may be mailed to the applicant or received in person at City Hall (please specify your choice of receipt). All fees must be paid in full prior to the issuance of a sign permit.
